A SMALL CHAPTER OF OUR STORY

If you don’t like something, don’t do it.
You will never be good at something that you don’t like!

What we are about to say here will be a defining statement for the future of our studio and to be honest, being this sincere is a bit scary as many will probably interpret this as a frustration, but here is where you are wrong, this is in a pure manner out of determination.

The headline above is our core principle. Progress thrives where routine is not installed. Routine prevents you from acquiring new skills accelerating the lack of motivation and the decrease of productivity. Another negative aspect of routine is that the quality of the work stalls. In order to avoid this we are adopting a 4-day working week, leaving friday free for personal development and improving the studio’s workflow and software capabilities.

Monetary gains are not the first thing on the studio’s agenda but rather making CG out of passion and extend our network of collaborations. Our desire is not to have tens of projects which will all end up looking the same. To be pressed by time and unavoidably end up with many projects of a low quality. This is unacceptable by us. Our studio aims to make something special out of everything that is requested from us.

Everybody thinks they are special or at least what they do is. Considering this about ouselves it’s like treading on thin ice. We want to let this decision in the hands of our customers. What the studio is doing is putting soul in everything we work on, to approach projects by filtering them trough our artistically touch.

Most of the time, out of comodity and lack of motivation of learning a new workflow, many tend to stick to the road they know the most, namely doing all the magic in the post production phase, neglecting all the previous pipeline steps. We decided to avoid the strategy of “fixing things in post”. Nothing can be left untouched. We can’t say we do not post process our projects, but we don’t primarily rely on it.

The commitment that we will make will be the commitment to quality and attention to details. With time we want to make blockbuster quality 3D services available to a wide range of customers and companies.
